Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is hiring a Technical Lead at its Technology Centre, Bengaluru.

About the Role The Technical Lead will be responsible for driving the technical design and development of assigned modules within the UIDAI Sandbox platform. The role coordinates closely with architects and product teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions, mentors developers, oversees code quality, and ensures adherence to security and compliance standards.

Location: Technology Centre, Bengaluru (In office)

CTC upto 25 LPA

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and delivery of module components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and integration issues
Review code and conduct peer programming sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical challenges
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UIDAI policies
Mentor and guide junior team members

Educational Qualification




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
Relevant technical certifications preferred

Experience Required
Minimum 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
Experience in large-scale identity, authentication or secure platform development is preferred

Primary Skills
Robust programming skills in Java, Python, React, React Native, Angular, Kubernetes and Kafka
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and container orchestration
Familiarity with security frameworks and cryptography

Secondary Skills
Agile development experience and DevOps collaboration
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
