Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, from sourcing and screening to offer release and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports to monitor hiring progress and recruitment performance.
Ensure adherence to agreed recruitment SLAs and turnaround times (TAT) at every stage of the hiring process.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment status reports, and relevant insights to stakeholders.




Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support additional recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the client.
