Job Summary

You ll own release quality before go-live, designing test plans, building ServiceNow ATF automation, and running regression and UAT across multiple ServiceNow workstreams. Infrastructure/network knowledge is a plus for squads working on ITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping).

Responsibilities
Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
Coordinate regression testing and UAT
Triage and manage defects through to resolution
Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign-off
Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives

Comfortable working to a sprint cadence

Desirable
Basic infrastructure/network literacy
Practical to sanity-check ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping results, not just UI-level ATF flows
Experience testing AI-assisted or agentic workflows, including exception and failure-path scenarios
