Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs,



and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain effective hiring workflows and build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications
Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs
Expertise in Employer Branding and developing strategies to enhance the employer's reputation
Proficiency in conducting effective and professional Interviewing processes
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a energetic workplace
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
