Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Automotive Embedded, ADAS, AUTOSAR, IVI, Validation, HIL, Functional Safety, and Hardware roles.
Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and hiring strategy.
Manage recruiter team, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
Drive sourcing, talent mapping, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Monitor hiring metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
Support campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
Desired Skills
Robust experience in Automotive/Product Engineering hiring.
Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor channels.
Team management and stakeholder management skills.
Recruitment analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
