R&D; - Testing Engieer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop test plans, protocols, and setups for R&D; prototypes and final products.
Conduct rigorous performance, reliability, and environmental testing.
Analyze and interpret test results; identify issues and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize product design based on test data.
Document testing procedures, findings, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
Ensure testing adheres to industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, FDA, IEC, etc.).
Assist in the development of automated test systems where applicable.
Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Maintain testing equipment, tools, and lab environment in valuable working condition.




Stay updated on current testing technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related field).
2+ years of experience in product testing or validation, preferably in an R&D; setting.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies, quality systems, and standards.
Proficient in using lab instrumentation and data acquisition tools.
Familiar with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis techniques.
Experience with CAD, simulation, or test automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
