Responsibilities
Lead UX research - user interviews, usability testing, task analysis, and journey mapping
Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Build and iterate on front-end implementations based on usability data
Define information architecture and navigation patterns across product surfaces
Set up analytics and event tracking to measure user behaviour and task completion




Advocate for the user in architecture and product decisions

Requirements
Background in HCI, interaction design, or UX engineering
Proficiency in React/Next.js - you prototype in code, not just in Figma
Experience running usability studies and translating findings into design changes

Portfolio showing UX-driven engineering work, not just visual design
