Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – II with strong expertise in Stibo STEP to design, automate, and optimize data migration and synchronization workflows across multiple environments (e.g., Production, Development, QA). The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integrity, system stability, and workflow efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design and configure import/export and publication templates in STEP.
Automate batch jobs and environment synchronization using STEP scripting.
Develop and maintain validation logic leveraging SQL queries.
Collaborate with TPOs, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable, productive, and accurate data migrations.





Required Skills and Qualifications
4–5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP (v10 or above).
Robust background in workflow configuration, STEP scripting, and CLI operations.
Experience with Git-based packaging and release structures.
Proficiency in
STEP UI
JavaScript
SQL
Bitbucket

Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
