Designation/Title: Tally Programmer

Reporting to: Manager - Business Development Tally Enterprise Solution

Location: Tirupur / Coimbatore / Erode / Chennai

Key objective of the role: Satisfying the customer to the core.

Responsibilities
Understanding the query of customer.
Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.
Documentation as per company standard.
Reports to be generated as per standard.

Job Specification
Years of Experience: Minimum 6 months, freshers with good academic record can also apply
Qualification: Commerce Graduate with 60%Tally Knowledge
Competencies
Robust communication in English
