Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap for the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
Lead solution design for complex initiatives spanning ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
Design and develop advanced platform solutions, workflows, custom applications, and enterprise integrations.
Establish development standards, architectural governance, security practices, and maintainability guidelines.
Review solution designs and code, lead upgrade and implementation programs, and provide technical direction to development teams.

Skills Required:
10 - 17 years of overall experience,



including substantial enterprise ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
Robust hands-on experience as a Solution Architect designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Experience leading technical initiatives, resolving complex production issues, and mentoring ServiceNow developers.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience.
