Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test plans for current and existing products, including batteries, inverters, and energy storage systems.
Develop automated and manual testing procedures to evaluate product performance, durability, and compliance.
Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and recommend design improvements.
Collaborate with R&D; teams to integrate testing feedback into product development cycles.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in power systems testing.
