Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for setting up internal controls in various finance processes as per Management & HO requirements and monitoring the controls on a periodic basis. Reporting and resolving exceptions if any.
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements, Audit Schedules, Directors Report, Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits
Preparation and updating of Standard operating procedures, policies, process notes for various finance processes on a periodic basis.
Obtain, validate, and consolidate the Head Count (FTE) details from delivery teams on a monthly basis.
Performing of monthly Cost Allocation, setting up of new cost allocation rules whenever required.
Preparation of monthly Management Reports like Functional P&L;, Function wise detailed Cost metrics, Variance analysis, department wise cost per Headcount analysis etc.




Preparation & Presentation of monthly Finance Decks containing various analysis relating to Headcount movements, Budget vs. Actuals analysis, Cost Metrices, Financial Metrices etc.
Contributing to key management initiatives/finance projects and implementation of finance projects/initiatives.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant with upto 3 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, Audits/Internal controls.
Proficient in using ERP and Office 365 Applications (Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as a team.
Valuable oral and written communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent in Database management, handling large data in Excel & through business analytics applications.
Robust with numbers & presentations/interpretation of numbers
