Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations to ensure productive and effective processing of goods. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing warehouse procedures. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with other departments to coordinate shipments, track inventory levels, and maintain quality control.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working workplace.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using warehouse management systems.
Develop and implement effective warehouse layouts and processes to enhance productivity.

Safety equipment and gear as per organizational guidelines.
