Salary:
DCDP: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Commis I: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

: We are hiring experienced Tandoor Chefs for a hospitality property in Udaipur.

Responsibilities:
Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, breads, and other menu items.
Operate and maintain the tandoor station safely.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Manage mise en place and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Minimize food wastage and follow standard recipes.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in tandoor cooking.
Knowledge of tandoori cuisine, marinades, and cooking techniques.
Experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
Positive teamwork and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
