OB DESCRIPTION (Short Brief)

( Paint circulation System - Installation & commissioning experience Mandatory)
Executing installation of paint circulation systems including piping and equipment as per approved drawings & P&ID; with safety.
Ensure correct routing, slope, and support of paint pipelines.
Execute pressure testing and leak testing for the PCS pipeline & system
Conduct trial runs and paint circulation commissioning
Coordinate with purchase team to ensure timely availability of material & manpower
Maintain daily installation progress reports & report to site in charge
Provide service support for all the equipment of PCS SYSTEM

KNOWLEDGE/ IT SKILLS: MS Excel & Power point, Auto CAD MENTION IF ANY SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIRED:
Sound knowledge about PCS system & Graco fluid handling equipment 2. Working experience in PCS system installation, piping installation for PCS & line testing, balancing & commissioning.
Valuable communication & coordination.
