The TRC Manager is responsible for leading and managing all testing, diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, quality assurance, and technical support activities related to lithium-ion battery packs, cells, modules, and battery management systems (BMS). The role ensures protected, effective, and compliant operations while achieving quality, cost, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Manage end-to-end Testing & Repair Center operations for lithium battery products.
Ensure timely testing, diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, and dispatch of batteries.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
Establish service procedures and repair standards for battery products.
Optimize resource utilization, equipment effectiveness, and workflow management.

Battery Testing & Diagnostics
Oversee battery health assessment, capacity testing, cycle testing, and performance validation.
Manage diagnostics of Battery Management Systems (BMS), cells, modules, and packs.
Verify battery safety, reliability, and compliance before release.
Ensure use of approved testing equipment and methodologies.
