Requirements
The candidate should have 7 years of total IT experience, including 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow testing experience.
Validate ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, workflows, and integrations across ITSM and related modules.
Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications, workflows, and enhancements.
Test ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.




Use ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and API testing tools to validate application functionality and integrations.
Validate Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Flow Designer, and Workflows.
Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM processes.
Hands-on experience with ATF, API testing, integration testing, and test automation.
