Job Title: Sewing Trainee

Reports To: Sewing Supervisor / Line Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Sewing Trainee is responsible for learning basic sewing operations, handling sewing machines under supervision, and assisting in garment production while maintaining quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn and perform basic sewing operations under the guidance of experienced operators.
Assist in stitching garment components as per production requirements.
Follow instructions given by the supervisor and sewing operator.
Maintain garment quality and identify stitching defects.
Handle fabric and garment pieces carefully to avoid damage.
Keep the workstation clean and organized.
Follow company safety rules and production procedures.
Meet daily production targets as skills improve.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.




Attend training sessions and improve sewing skills continuously.

Qualifications:
No prior experience required; freshers can apply.
Basic education preferred.
Interest in learning sewing and garment manufacturing.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
