House of Merit is a Delhi-based luxury event management company that plans and executes weddings, corporate events and bespoke celebrations. Our work is built on detail, discretion and flawless execution.

Compulsory for every role: upload your portfolio. Applications without a portfolio (work samples, showreel, drive link or website) will not be reviewed or shortlisted.

Role: Create on-ground social-first content (reels, stories, moments) at House of Merit weddings and events to grow our Instagram and brand reach.

Responsibilities
Shoot reels, stories and short clips during events: decor reveals, entries, rituals, guest moments
Plan shot lists and content angles with the planning and decor teams before each event
Capture trending formats and audio that suit a luxury wedding brand
Deliver raw footage on the same night for quick posting




Support the editors with clear notes on hooks and highlights

Requirements
Solid eye for luxury aesthetics, framing and storytelling
Own smartphone/camera gear and gimbal; comfortable shooting vertical video
Understands Instagram trends and what drives reach
Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR; available for travel and destination events
Available on weekends, late nights and peak wedding season
Punctual, presentable and skilled with clients and guests

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
