Job Summary
Sakthi and Associates, Chartered Accountants, is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, promote the firm's services, and acquire recent clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by the company.
Communicate effectively in Tamil and English to introduce the firm's services.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into new clients.
Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional communication.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion status.
Coordinate with the management team for client onboarding after successful acquisition.
Requirements
Fluency in spoken Tamil and English is essential.
Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
A proactive attitude and willingness to achieve client acquisition targets.
Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain call records.
Candidates residing within a 5 km radius of Kottur Gardens, Chennai, are preferred.
What We Offer
Fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹13,000, depending on skills and experience.
Company-provided leads and contact details.
Five-day working week, Monday to Friday.
Prospect to work with a Chartered Accountancy firm.
Focused responsibility for lead conversion and client acquisition, with further client management handled by the management team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
