: Videographer / Director of Photography (DOP)About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer / Director of Photography (DOP) to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera operations, and visual storytelling.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for personal branding, podcasts, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute video shoots for personal branding, podcasts, interviews, and social media content.
Operate professional cameras, including the Sony FX3, and handle mobile shoots when required.
Set up lighting, framing, audio equipment, and studio settings.
Collaborate with the content team on creative concepts, scripts, and shot planning.
Shoot engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, along with long-form YouTube videos.
Handle video editing, colour grading, and post-production when required.
Maintain video equipment and ensure consistent production quality.
Deliver high-quality footage within project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Hands-on experience in videography, cinematography, or video production.




Robust knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition, and framing.
Experience with skilled cameras; Sony FX3 experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
A strong creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a creative team.
A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.

Podcast and studio production.
Personal branding and creator content.
Social media video production.
Colour grading and cinematic editing.
Photography and mobile videography.
