Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and closing of accounts.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow statements, ageing reports, and management reports.
Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, documentation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Work closely with Sales, Purchase, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Management for proper accounting and expense allocation.




Manage accounting processes through SAP / SAP Business One / Tally ERP and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
Provide financial analysis and support management in financial and business decision-making.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Robust knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, MIS, Audit, and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software is required.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience in chemical, manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries will be preferred.
