Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
Configure ServiceNow components like tables, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational needs.
Develop and implement portfolio planning and idea management strategies using ServiceNow tools.
Create reports, dashboards, and notifications to provide insights and updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for service management.

Job Requirements :
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow SPM/Strategic Portfolio Management modules is required.
Experience with ServiceNow component configuration, including tables, forms, workflows, and business rules.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or project delivery environments is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A robust understanding of ServiceNow data structures and platform administration fundamentals is necessary.
