Job Description

• Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management orsimilar roles

• Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customerservice experience

• Solid understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory

compliance

• Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Responsible for overallstore operations, Sales Target,store profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration orsimilarly related field

• Experience in the apparel industry is preferable.

Other requirements:

• Evening shift.

• Rotational shift

• Weekend availability

• Week off between Monday to Thursday (no WOon Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

• English (Preferred), Kannada, Hindi

• Location: Nexus Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore

• Job Type: Full time
