About the Role

We are looking for a Manufacturing QC Engineer to ensure the quality of solar panels during the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
Check the quality of solar panels at different stages of production.
Inspect raw materials, cells, glass, strings, soldering, layup, lamination and final product .
Perform and monitor quality tests as per company standards.
Identify defects and ensure proper corrective action.
Monitor production processes and ensure SOPs are followed.
Maintain quality inspection and test records.
Support EL testing, visual inspection and other module quality checks .
Investigate repeated quality problems and identify root causes.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.




Ensure proper handling of rejected/defective material.
Follow safety, 5S and quality procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing QC/quality inspection.
Experience in solar module manufacturing will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of EL testing and solar module defects will be an advantage.
Valuable observation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on the factory floor.
Willing to work in shifts.
Freshers are NOT eligible.
