About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Utility Maintenance Engineer to manage and maintain the utility systems of our solar panel manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot AC/HVAC, Chiller, RO, UPS, Electrical Systems and Air Compressors.
Carry out regular preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor utility equipment performance and ensure uninterrupted operation.
Check electrical panels, motors, pumps, compressors and related equipment.
Monitor utility parameters and identify problems before breakdowns.
Coordinate with external vendors/service teams when required.
Maintain utility maintenance records and schedules.
Manage critical utility spares and ensure availability.
Follow safety, PPE,



LOTO and 5S practices.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in utility/facility/industrial maintenance.
Hands-on experience with HVAC/AC, Chiller, RO, UPS, Electrical Systems or Air Compressor.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in shifts.
Freshers are NOT eligible.
Experience in a manufacturing plant will be preferred.
