Job Summary: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, and communication skills, along with knowledge of US hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Recruit IT specialists for contract, C2C, W2, and full time positions.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Work with hiring managers and vendors to understand job requirements.
Negotiate rates, manage submissions, and maintain candidate databases.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
Knowledge of US work authorization, hiring terms, and employment types.
Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
Ability to work in US time zones as required.
