Role : Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller who can communicate confidently with customers and handle calls professionally.
Make calls to customers and potential customers.
Explain company services clearly to customers.
Handle customer questions and provide proper information.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements .
Maintain customer and lead details.
Schedule customer follow-ups.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive spoken communication in Tamil, English, or Hindi.
Knowledge of Facebook and WhatsApp.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.
2026 graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
