Role & responsibilities- Product Plywood
Project Sales
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, project management companies, and contractors.
Track upcoming commercial, residential,hospitality, healthcare, education, and institutional projects.
Generate specifications and approvals for Greenlam products.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely closures and execution.
Customer Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with key customers and influencers.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and pipeline management.
Track outstanding payments and support collections as per company norms.
Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Ensure adherence to company policies and business processes
