Job Description: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM & CMDB
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Configure CMDB, CI relationships, Discovery, and data integrity.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
Support integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, and CMDB.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB management.
Positive to Have:
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is an added advantage.
