Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Revenue generation through Equity Brokerage
Cross-selling of Financial Products as per the target: Equity, Mutual Funds, SIP, Derivatives
Hand holding of clients during initial phases
To handle sales promotion activities from time to time
Prepare and submit required reports from time to time
Maintain Sales MIS of the team and report in timely manner.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its solid presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote robust, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team maintain client activity ratio and report the same.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of recent products and competition status.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
