Recruitment Opportunities Across Levels

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Accounting roles such as:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record to Report (R2R)
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
General Ledger (GL)
Taxation and Audit
Treasury and Controllership
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.




Build and maintain a pipeline of finance professionals for current and future requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment.
Positive understanding of AP, AR, R2R, GL, FP&A;, Tax, Audit, and related finance functions.
Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in salary negotiation and offer management.
Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools
