About the Role

We are looking for experienced and skilled Production Line Operators to operate machines and manage the solar panel manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production-line machines safely and efficiently.
Set and adjust machine parameters as required.
Monitor the production process and machine performance.
Identify machine or process problems and inform the supervisor.
Check product quality during production.
Maintain production targets and minimize wastage.
Follow SOPs, safety and 5S practices.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Record production and basic machine information.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a Production Operator.




Must have hands-on experience operating manufacturing machines.
Experience in solar module manufacturing will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of production processes and machine operation.
Should be able to identify basic machine/process issues.
Must be comfortable working in shifts.
Freshers are NOT eligible.
Skilled and experienced candidates will be preferred.
