Solution Architect - Telecom OSS

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Telecom OSS/BSS and Service Assurance solutions.
Architect solutions for Fault Management, Performance Management, Event Correlation, RCA and Service Impact Analysis.
Apply TM Forum eTOM, SID, TAM and Open APIs in solution architecture.
Design integrations using REST APIs, Kafka and API Gateway.
Provide architecture for cloud-native, microservices, DevOps and AIOps solutions.
Collaborate with business, network and engineering teams on solution design.

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience with robust Telecom OSS/BSS architecture exposure.
TM Forum: eTOM, SID, TAM, Open APIs.
Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Event Correlation.
Robust understanding of 4G/5G, RAN, Core, IMS/VoLTE, IP and Transport.
Exposure to OSS platforms such as Netcool, Spectrum, MYCOM, OneProbe or SIGOS.
RCA, Service Impact Analysis, REST APIs, Kafka and API Gateway.
