Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruitment Interns who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition. The intern will work closely with the recruitment team to understand the end-to-end hiring process, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for various IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, skills, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team or clients.
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and updates.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Learn recruitment processes, sourcing techniques,



and candidate management.
Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Strong interest in IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team setting.
Positive attitude and good organizational skills.

Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
Freshers interested in pursuing a career in HR Recruitment are welcome.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies or recruitment is an added advantage.
