V.A. Kulkarni & Associates is a well-established boutique firm in Pune that advises businesses on labour law, HR compliance and employment matters. We are looking for a Compliance Executive to help manage statutory compliance for our client portfolio.
In this role you will handle compliance work across PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, LWF and Shops & Establishment, including registrations, monthly and annual returns, and maintaining registers and records. You will track deadlines, coordinate with clients for data and documents, and visit government offices when needed. Accuracy and timely follow-through are central to this role, because our clients rely on us to keep them compliant.
We are looking for someone with 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in statutory labour compliance, positive knowledge of the relevant portals and filings, an organised approach to managing multiple clients.
A Diploma is Labour Law is a advantage.
