Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the procurement process for materials required in luxury hotel and resort construction projects.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and quality.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand material requirements and specifications.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of critical materials.
Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards,



and legal requirements.
Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.
Maintain robust relationships with existing suppliers and develop current vendor partnerships.

Minimum Qualification and Skills
B.Com, MBA or equivalent qualification.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the hotel & resorts construction industry.
Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sound knowledge of market trends, material specifications, and vendor management.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
