Role & responsibilities
Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.
Analyse revenue, costs, margins, working capital, cash flow, and business performance.
Support fundraising, financial due diligence, valuation, investor reporting, and strategic transactions.
Oversee monthly financial closing, reconciliations, audits, accounting controls, and statutory compliance.
Manage receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital to improve financial efficiency.
Develop financial models for expansion, unit economics, profitability, and current business initiatives.
Improve finance processes, reporting systems, automation, and controls while partnering with leadership on strategic projects.

Preferred candidate profile
Big 4 experience in Transaction Advisory Services,



Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, or a related financial advisory role.
Solid understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, business valuation, cash flows, working capital, and profitability analysis.
Experience in financial due diligence, transaction analysis, or fundraising-related financial assessments.
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
Robust understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, audit processes, and Indian statutory compliance.
