Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per contract terms and project progress.
Carry out quantity take-offs and verification from drawings and site measurements.
Manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts for billing-related data.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records for auditing and client verification.
Interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams for bill approvals.
Ensure timely submission of RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
Review and verify subcontractor/vendor invoices based on work done at site.
Work on cost control and tracking of material/labor usage in line with billing.
