Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle qualified leads, understand customer requirements, conduct property visits, and convert prospects into successful buyers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads and follow up with customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
Build solid customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Own vehicle preferred.
Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends.
