Pass-out Years: Up to 2025 (2025 and earlier batches only)
Experience: Freshers are welcome

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
Support daily HR operations and recruitment activities.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented workplace.
