WERE HIRING: HEAD / LEAD – MERCHANDISING & BRAND SOURCING

THE BRAND SCOUT MISSION

You’ve found a promising consumer product. Demand looks encouraging, but the brand has limited reach—and inventory commitment could put pressure on margins.

Your mission: Would you take it on? What would you check, and how would you structure the deal?

We’re looking for someone to discover, onboard and scale high-potential brands through an asset-light distribution model.

Your mission objectives:

Find products with real consumer pull

Assess sell-through, competition, pricing and margins

Evaluate inventory risk and working-capital needs

Build partnerships with brands, importers and manufacturers

Negotiate commercial terms and channel rights

Help winners scale across GT, MT, e-commerce and other channels

Your experience: Merchandising, category management, brand sourcing or consumer-product distribution—with a sharp commercial instinct for what will sell.

The win: Solid sell-through, attractive margins and high inventory turns, with low working-capital intensity.

What’s your first checkpoint: demand, margin or inventory risk?

Comment with your pick. Interested? Apply through LinkedIn or message us.
