Role Overview

This is an excellent entry-level chance for fresh graduates who wish to build a career in international sales and the jewelry export business. You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with experienced sales professionals to support our overseas clients, generate current business leads, and contribute to the growth of our export sales.

Role & responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating with international clients
Generate and follow up on sales leads through emails, calls, and online platforms.
Prepare and send product catalogues, quotations, and samples to overseas clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and orders in the CRM system.
Coordinate with design, production,



and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Support the preparation of sales reports, market feedback, and presentations.
Help organize and participate in virtual meetings and international trade shows (as required).
Continuously learn about our jewelry collections, quality standards, and export procedures.
Build solid professional communication skills while dealing with international clients.
