Required Skills & Qualifications
45 years of hands-on experience in product-based government tendering, preferably through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Mandatory experience in solar products and electronic items, including CCTV systems and related equipment.
Proven experience in winning government product tenders and securing purchase orders.
Robust understanding of GeM processes, government procurement guidelines, e-tendering, and reverse auctions.
Practical experience in OEM onboarding, obtaining MAFs/OEM authorization letters, and coordinating with manufacturers before bid participation.
Valuable knowledge of GST, HSN codes, product costing, pricing, and commercial bid preparation.
Experience in product catalogue creation, specifications, and category-wise compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
