We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, financial documentation, and reconciliation activities at our plant in Palsana, Surat.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Handle GST-related activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoicing, and e-way bills, as applicable.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups for outstanding payments.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank books.
Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain records of expenses, purchase orders, delivery challans, and other financial documents.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation rules.
Prepare periodic reports on sales, expenses, outstanding balances, and cash flow for management.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
3 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Understanding of accounting principles, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
Experience in RMC, construction materials, manufacturing, or trading businesses will be an advantage.
Candidates from Navsari, Palsana, Surat, or nearby locations are preferred.
