Job Description: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO Marketing)

Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic, result-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO – Marketing) to drive the brand value and patient volume engines across our 11 tertiary care hospitals. Managing a multi-location marketing setup, you will be responsible for filling bed capacity, building robust local referral networks, accelerating high-margin super-specialty volumes (Oncology, Cardiology, Transplants), and expanding corporate/TPA B2B portfolios across Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Volume Generation & Footfall Optimization: Architect and monitor localized community outreach strategies, public health camps, and diagnostic screening drives to maximize OPD/IPD conversion rates.
Doctor Referral Management (PRM): Build structured Physician Relationship Management programs to strengthen referral networks with local clinics and primary care physicians across the region.
Corporate & B2B Empanelment Strategy: Accelerate empanelment with major Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), private corporate groups,



and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to secure high-volume patient pipelines.
Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead hyper-local digital marketing, SEO/SEM for individual hospital locations, and reputation management across online platforms.
Brand Strategy & Value Positioning: Standardize the corporate brand identity across all 11 locations, ensuring transparent positioning as a top-tier provider of complex clinical care.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 12–15 years of consumer-facing marketing experience, with a mandatory minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role within multi-site healthcare, diagnostic chains, or retail networks.
Education: MBA in Marketing from a top-tier business school.
Competencies: Deep demographic and cultural insight into the UP consumer market, data-driven analytical mindset, and proven experience running high-ROI multi-channel campaigns.
