Roles & Responsibilities (Work Description):
Bulk Manpower Recruitment: Source and hire male and female medical caretakers, helpers, and general duty assistants in large volumes to meet company requirements.
On-Ground Field Marketing: Travel across targeted city limits, primarily visiting slum areas, local labor hubs, and residential boundaries to paste recruitment posters and distribute flyers.
Direct Candidate Sourcing: Interact actively with potential job seekers on the field, pitch the perks of working with Advino Healthcare, and bring interested candidates directly to the office for onboarding.
Strategic Placement: Visit specific geographic zones where patient care inquiries are high but staff availability is low, ensuring deep poster penetration in those areas.
Daily Digital Reporting: Share real-time field updates and mandatory photographs of newly pasted posters in the official company tracking group before shift logout.
