Role & responsibilities
Coordinate OEM service activities, including warranty, paid services, and breakdowns.
Plan and deploy service engineers for customer visits, campaigns, and breakdowns.
Liaise with principals and OEMs for technical support and spare parts.
Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate invoicing and parts dispatch.
Monitor service billing, customer payments, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction through feedback and corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and monitor rental equipment status.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience in service coordination, preferably in material handling or construction equipment.
Knowledge of warranty management, spare parts, and service operations.
Solid coordination, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
Ability to manage service engineers, breakdowns, and multiple priorities.
