Role & responsibilities
Supervise, guide, and lead the production team in day-to-day activities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
Track and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost control and productive allocation of resources.
Ensure communication for adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and complies with industry regulations.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations.
