Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our recruitment team in Jaipur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
Screen and shortlist profiles as per technical requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts




Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Work on multiple technical positions simultaneously within defined timelines.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
Valuable understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
Experience working on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring environment
Good negotiation and coordination skills

Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
